David Harper is our new Account Executive

Greetings everyone,
Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up… we have promoted one of our technicians to the position of account executive. His name is David Harper, and one of his new responsibilities is to visit our customers and make sure that everything is ok. For example, we would like for him to be able to walk through the office and check on the users to see if anyone is having any problems they have not had a chance to report yet. If he finds that your employees need help, he will make a service request for them and we will get a tech scheduled to help them with the problem. This is not designed to take the place of the normal procedures for creating support requests, but rather to enhance it. We find that at many busy offices, sometimes the employee can’t find the time to make the service request, and things go unaddressed for longer than really necessary. It’s our hope that David can help assist the employees make any se rvice requests they need but have not had a chance to call in. In general he will try to visit with the office manager of each site, if they are available… otherwise he will just do a walk-through to check on everyone. David will not be interrupting anyone’s work flow. It should be noted that when David is out doing site visits, he will not be working on any service request, or try to fix the problems right then as he is made aware of them, his role is strictly to create a service request and get a tech to follow up with the user. We are hoping David can drop by about once every week or two.
There is no additional cost for David’s visits, this is included in your current support plan.
