"Total Technology Solutions, Inc. has been supporting our office for many years and has been a huge help to us. Recently during one of TTS’s monthly check ups they noticed that our server was making a lot of noise and they advised us that the hard drive was getting ready to fail. Since our server was under contract we contacted our software company, Mysis and advised them of the problem. They sent a technician out to replace the hard drive after hours and he was amazed that someone was able to diagnose this issue before it became a big problem. They have been part of the design, plan and move process of the Practice and the Surgery Center and how seamless it has all been!!!!

"Total Technology Solutions, Inc. has been fixing our computers for several years. Our main Dell server crashed one afternoon and we called TTS for emergency response to help us. Phillip Cofer promptly came out and diagnosed the problem as failed hard drives. He called Dell tech support and handled all the necessary arrangements to have the parts and technician show up to fix our server right away. Phillip worked with the Dell technician and with me through the night and fixed the broken parts. Afterwards, he restored all the information on the server. Thanks to TTS we were back online the next morning."

"We started working with TTS many years ago when we had just one server and 15 computers. Over the past three years we switched to A4 practice management system, added a chartless computer patient record system from SRS, added a digital dictation server system from Winscribe, added an A4 EMR system, added a GFI fax server system, and added a VoIP phone system from Nortel, Digital X-ray system from Cedara, and Web filter from Barracuda Networks. Today we have nine servers and over 100 workstations that TTS supports around the clock. All along the way TTS provided excellent service doing what ever was needed for all of our new system installs, even if it meant working nights and weekends.
