Total Technology Solutions Announces Promotions, Staff Additions

Phillip Cofer, president of Total Technology Solutions (TTS) in Athens, recently promoted a key team member and added two new employees in order to expand his network and computer services.
Steve Saxon was promoted to operations manager. Employed with TTS for a year, Saxon provides HR, technical and logistic support for the company. Managing TTS's staff of technicians, Saxon assures that services are delivered in a timely fashion minimizing any interruption to their customer’s network or business. Holding technical certifications from HP, IBM, CompTIA and Microsoft, Saxon specializes in system security and has worked in the Athens information technology industry for the past seven years.
Zac Ray and David Hill are the company’s new field technicians. Ray earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Computer Science at the University of Georgia. Hill is currently pursuing his Bachelors Degree at the University of Georgia and has a strong technical background in addition to advanced website development abilities. In their new roles, Ray and Hill will be responsible for supporting the customers on-site.
