“We started working with TTS more than 15 years ago when we had just one server and 15 computers. Over the years we switched from Allscripts Practice Management System to a chartless computer patient record system from SRS, added a digital dictation server system from Winscribe, added a GFI fax server system, added a VIOP phone system from Avaya, added a digital X-ray system from Viztek, and added a web and spam filter from Barracuda Networks. Today we have over 20 servers and over 450 workstations spread out over northeast Georgia that TTS supports around the clock. All along the way TTS has provided excellent service doing whatever was needed for all of our new system installs, even if it meant working nights and weekends. They also respond within minutes to requests from our doctors, PAs, and nurses to keep us working efficiently.
