Adam Darby has been promoted to Lead Technician at Total Technology Solutions, Inc. Darby will be responsible for employee training, company management tasks, and handling escalated service requests from customers.
In his former position as Information Technology Specialist, Darby was responsible for customer network administration, network maintenance, and hardware and software support. He was promoted due to excellent customer feedback, continued professional development, and demonstrated knowledge in the technology field.
Darby holds an A+ Certification from CompTIA and plans on continuing his professional development and obtaining his Network+ and Security+ Certifications in the next few months.
