“Total Technology Solutions, Inc. has been supporting our office for many years and has been a huge help to us.  Recently during one of TTS’s monthly check ups, they noticed that our server was making a lot of noise and they advised us that the hard drive was getting ready to fail.  Since our server was under contract, we contacted our software company, Mysis, and advised them of the problem.  Mysis sent a technician out to replace the hard drive after hours and he was amazed that someone was able to diagnose this issue before it became a huge problem.  TTS has been part of the design, plan, and move process of the Practice and the Surgery Center and how seamless it has all been!!!!
